Theoretical courses available in e-learning
You have the possibility to learn the theory from home in e-learning before coming. PADI eLearning allows you to easily integrate the theory of diving before you start your training with us, saving you time. Study the principles and terminology of scuba diving at a time and place convenient to you. Work at your own pace, online or offline, on a computer or mobile device. Connect with your instructor when you have a question. Once the theory has been validated, your instructor will go over the essential points with you in person.

Prerequisites and age criteria
To enroll in the Adventure Diver Junior course, you must be at least 15 years of age (12 for certain specific scuba-related specialties) and be certified as an Open Water Diver (or equivalent level) in the field of scuba diving.
As a budding diver, you’ll discover the joys of underwater exploration and enjoy an aquatic environment rich in discoveries.

The Adventure Diver Junior diving program includes three opportunities to dive on adventures of your choice, each contributing to the corresponding future specialist certification.
Duration varies according to the activities selected, generally half a day each.
During these experiences, you’ll have the opportunity to climb aboard a boat and immerse yourself in the exciting world of scuba diving, supervised by an experienced instructor.
All the diving equipment you need will be provided, so you can make the most of your experience.
For some, these diving opportunities can also be seen as a true baptism of diving, marking the start of an unforgettable aquatic adventure.

Course content: theory and practice
The Adventure Diver Junior course includes a selection of specialized dives from popular offerings such as deep, drift, wreck, altitude, night and underwater photography.
For each chosen activity, the instructor will provide theoretical information, practical advice and safety instructions relating to the equipment and new techniques.
Adventure dives then allow you to put into practice the skills and techniques appropriate to each specialty, with the help of the team of instructors to learn and master the various aspects of these exciting experiences. What’s more, it’s also a great way to familiarize yourself with underwater orientation and improve your autonomy as a diver.

Opportunities after certification
At the end of these three adventures, you’ll receive PADI Adventure Diver certification. This recognition opens the door to more specialized training in your areas of interest.
FFESSM equivalence
There is no direct equivalence with the Adventure Diver course at the Fédération Française d’Études et de Sports Sous-Marins (FFESSM). However, the adventure dives carried out can be individually recognized within the framework of specialized certifications with this federation.
