Definitions
The terms indicated by a capital letter have the following meaning:
“Customer “: refers to consumers and non-professional buyers having ordered on the Site
“ Site ” : refers to the website www.nethuns-diving.fr
“ User “: means any person who accesses and browses the Site.
” Vendor ” : refers to the company NETHUNS DIVING, a limited liability company with a capital of 1,000 euros, whose registered office is located in TOULON (83000), 31 rue Chevalier Paul, and registered in the TOULON trade and companies register under number 922 527 643
Processing of personal data
In accordance with the regulations on the protection of personal data, the User is informed that the Seller, as the person responsible for processing, implements the processing of personal data.
Personal data are recorded in its customer file for the following purposes

They will be kept for three years after the last order or the last interaction with the Site (opening of the customer account…) or the opening of an email from the Seller. Invoices related to the purchase of products or services are kept for 10 years.
The data controller is the Seller. Access to personal data will be strictly limited to employees of the data controller who are authorized to process them by virtue of their duties. The information collected may be communicated to third parties linked to the company by contract for the execution of subcontracted tasks, without the customer’s authorization being necessary.
The Seller uses subcontractors for the following operations:
- secure payment on the Site;
- the fight against fraud and the recovery of unpaid bills
- the realization of technical maintenance and development operations of the Site.
Third parties have only limited access to the data in the course of performing their services and are obliged to use the data in accordance with the provisions of the applicable legislation on the protection of personal data.
The information collected may also be communicated to third parties who may process the data on their behalf:
- the carrier;
- the police authorities in the context of judicial requisitions concerning the fight against fraud.
Other than as set forth above, Seller shall not sell, rent, lease or otherwise provide access to the data to third parties without Customer’s prior consent, unless compelled to do so by a legitimate reason.
If the data will be transferred outside the EU, the Customer will be informed and the guarantees taken to secure the data will be specified.
In accordance with the applicable regulations, the Customer has the right to access, rectify, delete, and port his or her data, as well as the right to object to the processing for a legitimate reason, rights that can be exercised by contacting the data controller at the following postal or e-mail address Six Pixels – 1280 Rocade des playes, 83 140 Six Fours Les Plages / contact@sixpixel.fr
In the event of a complaint, the Customer may submit a complaint to the Seller’s personal data protection officer and to the Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés.
Cookies
To enable Users to benefit from the services offered by the Site such as its consultation, the optimization of its use or its personalization according to the User, the Site uses Cookies.
The term “cookie” encompasses several technologies used to track the browsing habits or behavior of the Internet user. These technologies are multiple and in constant evolution.
In particular, there are cookies, tags, pixels, and Javascript code. A cookie is a small text file saved by the browser of your computer, tablet or smartphone and which allows to keep user data in order to facilitate navigation and to allow certain features.
There are three types of cookies:
- internal cookies necessary for the Site to function, deposited by the Site for the needs of navigation and operation of the Site. These cookies allow the site to function optimally. The user can object to them and remove them using their browser settings, however their user experience may be degraded.
- audience measurement cookies. In order to better serve and improve the user experience on the Website, the Seller measures its audience through a solution using cookie technology. The data collected allow us to provide only anonymous statistical data of frequentation (the number of pages seen, the number of visits, their frequency of return,…).
- third-party cookies deposited by third-party partner companies in order to identify Users’ interests and to send them personalized offers. These third-party cookies are directly managed by the companies that publish them and must also comply with the regulations on data protection.
The cookie is saved on the User’s computer when he/she consults the Site or when he/she consults an email from the Seller.
Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act provides for the prior collection of the User’s explicit consent to the deposit of cookies on the User’s terminal. However, this same article provides that certain cookies are exempt from consent when they (1) have the exclusive purpose of enabling or facilitating communication by electronic means (2) are strictly necessary for the provision of an online communication service at the express request of the user.
Cookies requiring consent are used for the following purposes:
- Personalization of the Site to the User’s profile;
- Site traffic;
- Data sharing with social networks for social features;
The user can choose at any time to express and modify his wishes regarding cookies, by the means described below:

- by configuring the browser so that cookies are saved or, on the contrary, rejected, either systematically or according to their sender.
